This project took on the exciting challenge of revitalizing a group of dilapidated terrace houses in Potts Point, converting them into a luxurious boutique hotel which encompassed the comprehensive restoration of three heritage-listed terrace houses and their internal spaces, culminating in the creation of a 20-room hotel boasting four suites, a reception area, bar, dining room, and kitchen.
The end result is a striking blend of historic charm and contemporary design. Meticulously restored Victorian-era features, such as marble fireplaces and intricate façades, add character and elegance to the space. Each room exudes a sense of openness and light, featuring original and recycled timber floors, lofty ceilings, and opulent bathrooms adorned with freestanding baths.
