The project involves the demolition of the existing 3 storey mixed use building to make way for a new, mixed-use development.
The planned development will feature the construction of:
- An 8 storey building with basement
- Mixed use development containing 40 apartments
- Rooftop communal garden
- Ground floor retail space fronting Murray Street
