We are pleased to announce that, following an in-depth project status and documentation review, TCP successfully completed a thorough construction methodology and value management analysis ahead of the Development Application submission.
Thanks to this collaborative effort, we were able to unlock significant cost efficiencies, adjust the documentation accordingly and officially submit the Development Application today.
We look forward to continuing our engagement on this project as we navigate the approval process and move forward into the project management of construction documentation delivery phases.
