The proposal involved the retention of the existing structure, extensive heavy refurbishment works, requiring careful consideration of a range of complex planning controls. Through strategic oversight and efficient coordination of the consultancy and approval process, TCP successfully obtained unconditional approval within 12 weeks of the notification period closing.
