We’re excited to announce that TCP has been engaged to lead a detailed value engineering and design management process to finalise our upcoming Development Application.
The project comprises of the demolition of an existing residential dwelling and construction of a modern two-storey B2 Business Centre. The new centre will feature 10 individual office spaces, sub-grade parking, and communal facilities for all to enjoy.
