He holds a Bachelor of Building and Construction Management from the University of New South Wales, equipping him with the knowledge and skills necessary to guide TCP to new heights.

Brad is a results-oriented and client-focused Associate Director, responsible for upholding the strategic direction, growth, and performance of The Collective Project. With over 20 years of experience in real estate investment trusts and the building and construction industry, Brad plays a key role in advancing TCP’s core mission to redefine how projects are approached and executed.

Drawing on valuable insights from a client-centric perspective, Brad is dedicated to delivering exceptional service. His extensive experience across the property and construction sectors enables him to bring a diverse skill set to the team, including project management, problem-solving, people leadership, ESG initiatives and navigating live environments.

Brad’s commitment to value-driven project delivery and his expertise in managing complex, high-stakes projects make him a distinguished leader in the industry. He holds a Master of Design Science from the University of Sydney, which further strengthens his ability to drive TCP’s growth and success.

Dan is an experienced People & Culture Manager with over 8 years of expertise in human resourcing within the construction industry.

Luke is a results-driven Senior Project Manager with over 16 years of experience in construction and development. Luke emphasises sustainable and flexible design principles to optimise the long-term use of completed projects. With extensive experience across various roles, including design management, project management and development management, he brings a comprehensive skill set to the team including effective communication and problem-solving.

Currently pursuing a Master of Property Development at the University of Technology Sydney, Luke is committed to continuous learning and fostering positive work cultures. His strong enthusiasm for the industry drives him to achieve excellence in every project undertaken.
