    At the heart of The Collective Project is the belief that successful outcomes are best achieved through collaboration. Greg champions the idea that every project should be a collective effort, bringing together diverse expertise to ensure premium results that are delivered on time and within budget, all while maintaining a strong commitment to quality and safety.

    Greg’s passion for value-driven project delivery and his involvement in complex, detailed projects set him apart as a leader in the field. He holds a Bachelor of Building and Construction Management from the University of New South Wales, equipping him with the knowledge and skills necessary to guide TCP to new heights.

    With Greg at the helm, The Collective Project is dedicated to transforming the construction landscape through innovative practices and a collaborative spirit.

His extensive experience across the property and construction sectors enables him to bring a diverse skill set to the team, including project management, problem-solving, people leadership, ESG initiatives and navigating live environments.

    Brad’s commitment to value-driven project delivery and his expertise in managing complex, high-stakes projects make him a distinguished leader in the industry. He holds a Master of Design Science from the University of Sydney, which further strengthens his ability to drive TCP’s growth and success.
